Why Choose Golden Acre Quark?

Golden Acre Quark is traditionally made with fresh milk from Alpine cows surrounded by blue skies and green meadows, and is completely natural with no artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives.

Quark is known to be naturally high in protein, vitamin and mineral content, low in salt and a good source of calcium – so a great tasting way to sustain a healthier lifestyle.

Unlike other dairy ingredients Quark doesn’t separate when heated, and with its smooth velvety texture this makes it ideal for cooking and baking. Use for spreading on toast and bread or for canapés and dips. Perfect in cheesecakes to replace cream or soft cheese, or as a healthy snack by adding fruit. Add to mashed potatoes instead of butter or add to your favourite pasta sauce.

Nutritious and incredibly versatile.
